Local 389 has been granted dispensation to hold special meetings for Grand Lodge Convention Delegates nomination process. Due to continuing Covid 19 restrictions on meetings and gatherings, Local 389 will provide a safe environment for nominating and electing our 2021 convention delegates. The process is outlined in the flyer attached to this post. The nomination meeting will be held at the Kearny Mesa Hall as a special order of business during our E-Board meeting on April 7, 2021 (4pm-5pm). If necessary, an election will be held May 5, 2021 (4pm-5pm) at the same location. Instructions are provided for requesting an absentee ballot for the May election as well. If you have any questions, please direct them toward any lodge officer or steward.
