Solar Turbines and CAT have not offered anything to the bargaining unit yet in negotiations. Get the word out and speak to your supervisors telling them you demand respect. Your work is what makes the company profitable. No wage guarantees, no caps on insurance, elimination of ADD insurance, elimination of non-elective 401(k) contribution and more than doubling the temp work density at plants is not acceptable. We deserve more.
